Preheat oven to 350.
In a skillet, cook diced bacon. Drain and set aside to cool.
In the same skillet you cooked the bacon in, add your diced mushrooms and onion. Cook down until soft and tender. Add in minced garlic and cook one more minute. Set aside in a bowl to cool.
Pull your pie crust out of the freezer and set on a cookie sheet.
In a bowl, whisk (vigorously) eggs, cream, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the ham, bacon, mushrooms, onions, and garlic, and cheese
GENTLY pour egg mixture into the pie crust. If you have a bowl with a spout, it is best to use that.
Protect your pie crust edges with foil or with a silicone crust protector like I did.
Bake for 40-50 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean.
