Meatloaf

A comfort classic, gluten free.

Servings 4 People

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Ground Beef
  • 2 Eggs Beaten
  • 1 c Quaker Gluten Free Oatmeal
  • 1/4 c A1 Steak Sauce
  • 1/4 c Heinz Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Heinz Mustard
  • 2 tbsp Kraft Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 tsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt

Topping

  • 1/3 c Heinz Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375, and spray loaf pan with regular PAM cooking spray.

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all loaf ingredients until completely incorporated. Form mixture into a loaf and place in loaf pan.

  3. Mix ketchup and brown sugar together, and spread all over meatloaf. 

  4. Bake for 1 hour, or until internal temp reaches 160.
