Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

A protein packed breakfast, on the go!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe Bananas
  • 2 c Ice
  • 1 1/2 c Milk
  • 2/3 c Instant Oats
  • 2 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Pulse oats in the blender prior to adding remaining ingredients. Optional

  2. Add all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.
