Warm Cheesy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts jarred
  • 1/2 c Diced Onion
  • 2 c Shredded Mozzarella
  • 1/2 c Sour Cream
  • 1/4 c Parmesan
  • 3 cloves Garlic (about 1 tbsp)
  • Salt/Pepper to taste
  • 5 oz Fresh Spinach (9 or 10 oz, if frozen)

Instructions

  1. Drain and rough chop artichokes

  2. Add all ingredients to slow cooker, except spinach. Cook on high for one hour or low for 2 hours. Stirring occasionally.

  3. Add spinach and cook on high 30-45 min longer. Until Mixture stirs easily, spinach is wilted, and warm throughout.

  4. Keep on warm while serving. Serve with chips or hunks of bread.
